About the authors
Annette Kavanaugh 
Annette Kavanaugh is an independent writer, artist, and performer based in Minneapolis MN. She is Creative and Technical Director, founder, and sole proprietor of Glass Knife Press, a small independent publisher.
Most recently she worked as Coordinator of the Instructional Center at the Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence, University of Minnesota, where she recruited, trained and supervised a talented multicultural staff of tutors in mathematics, physical sciences, biological sciences, as well as East Asian, North American, and European languages. She has mentored artists and writers since 1979. A graduate of the University of Chicago (BA Mathematics, Honors) and the University of Minnesota (MS, Mathematics), her arts training includes the Minnesota Center for Book Arts (bookbinding, printmaking, letterpress printing, and book design), the Atelier Studio Program of Fine Arts (figure drawing, portrait drawing, perspective, art of memory).
Diane Kavanaugh-Black
Diane Kavanaugh-Black, OftheEssence Holistic Wellness (Troy, NY) is an essayist, memoirist and photographer who ran a thirteen year massage therapy practice in Chicago before training at the Kripalu School of Yoga in Massachusetts. She taught Community Education classes starting at age 16, and has done extensive volunteer and paid academic tutoring ever since, including adult literacy and assisting artists with vision statements.
She earned a BA in English with Honors from the University of Chicago, and combines yoga, writing, hiking and healthy cooking in her current business in upstate New York.
Publication schedule
Wellness and Work Flow will be published on July 1, 2015. It will be available in both print and e-book formats, on the Glass Knife Press store as well as Amazon and other on-line distributors.
